You'll have breathtaking views of the emerald gulf waters, sunrise and sunset, and you are so close you can hear the waves from the private balcony. Beachy Bliss is tastefully decorated, clean & cozy, and was recently fully updated with ceramic floors throughout the unit, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. ABOUT THE RESORT The Sunbird Beach Resort is a smaller, gated property containing 288 condo units, equally divided into 144 units in the East tower, and 144 units in the West tower. 24/7 security is located on the property. On the ground level of the property, you'll find: * luggage carts near the elevators to help you easily transport your belongings to/from the unit. * 3 swimming pools (West pool is heated in the off season) * adjustable lounge chairs located around each pool so you can kick back and relax * a shared grilling area with charcoal grill and picnic table * a pay-per-use laundry room with washers and dryers (located directly across from the elevators, no coins are needed/debit or credit cards are accepted) * a fitness room for exercise needs (small building located in the West parking lot near Pineapple Willy's) * two elevators to quickly transport you to/from the ground floor. (Bigger isn't always better...No long waits due to slow elevator service, which is a wonderful benefit during busier summer months!) * freshly resurfaced tennis court with pickleball lines and shuffleboard ABOUT OUR CONDO Our unit, Beachy Bliss, is located in the East Tower, on the 5th floor. It directly faces the Gulf to provide the beachfront experience you’re likely seeking. A door code will be provided to you before your arrival. You will arrive at the resort and make your way to the 5th floor of the East tower. You’ll enter into a small foyer and hall and immediately be greeted by the most incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. To your left is the bedroom, which contains a queen bed and smart tv so you can watch your favorite shows on any subscription services to which you are currently subscribed. Provided: * 4 pillows * bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and quilt) * a table fan * clothes hangers * a luggage stand * a laundry basket (in case you need to visit the ground floor laundry facility during your stay) A door in the bedroom leads to the private en suite bathroom, complete with a quartz countertop vanity and a soothing rain showerhead in the shower/bath combo. Provided: * hairdryer * starter kit of travel sized amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face bar soap...) is provided to each of our guests. * roll of toilet paper * All bath linens (bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mat, and makeup removal towel) As you leave the bed & bath area and return to the hall, the kitchen is located on your left, complete with new quartz countertops and cabinets, stainless steel appliances and tiled backsplash. It is well-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy meals along with some extras like: a blender, toaster, crockpot and Keurig coffee machine with a few k-cups, creamer, sugar, and sweetener packs to get you started. The living & dining area includes a smart tv with Xfinity cable services and access to your favorite apps, if subscribed. High speed WiFi is included with your stay and will make viewing a breeze. Enjoy a selection of family games located in the chest under the tv. Or kick back and relax with one of the beach reads in the small library of books. A queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair, both with upgraded memory foam mattresses air increased comfort, offer additional sleeping options for guests. (Pillows, sheets, and a quilt for each bed are stored in the coffee table.) ***Please note: there is no trundle bed in the living area as stated in the listing. The only beds in the living are are the sleeper sofa and sleeper chair- 2 beds.
